The Pecan Creek amenities center is comprised of a meeting room with kitchen, a heated indoor swimming pool, and a well-equipped workout facility. There are two outdoor picnic areas and a lighted, combination tennis/pickleball court. These amenities are for the exclusive use of Pecan Creek property owners and their accompanied guests.
Clint Nobles, Jr. was an executive who worked closely for years with Horseshoe Bay's founding fathers and developers Wayne and Norman Hurd. Clint began work in the late 1970's as a financial manager before ascending to Executive Vice President.
Clint was a graduate ofthe University of Texas, having worked in sales and marketing as well as owning several small businesses in the Round Rock area. He became a licensed realtor at age 21 so that he could buy, sell, manage and trade real estate properties.
Upon retirement from Lake LBJ Improvement Corporation in 2008, Clint assumed the Presidency of Pecan Creek Property Owners Association. He delighted in personally landscaping and grooming Pecan Creek and creating a place of beauty. He displayed a love for his neighbors and was on call to help them anytime day or night. Clint was known for his hard work, service, honesty and integrity. He passed away in October 2011 at the age of 62 after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. The Clint Nobles Center was dedicated in 2012 to honor his service to our community.
